Tuesday, October 21st, 2008

Music can be a great motivation tool for exercise, which is it’s almost impossible to go to a gym and not see an iPod. However, that’s just one role an iPod or a Mac can play in regard to fitness — with the right applications, it can be a personal trainer, dietitian and trail guide.
